Construction & Engineering Features

OEM Design: Plastic Tank / Aluminum Core construction for optimal heat transfer, durability, and a perfect fit every time.

Reinforced Tanks: Manufactured from OEM grade PA66/GF30, glass-filled engineered resins for superior strength and longevity. (Recycled materials are NEVER used)

High-Temp Sealing: Premium EPDM rubber gaskets designed to withstand extreme temperatures.

Advanced Tube Technology: Welded tube construction or “B-Tube” design for improved coolant flow and efficiency. (Whatever tube is OE-spec is the tube that is used)

Performance Fins: Multi-louvered fin design (OE-spec) maximizes heat dissipation—the core of effective cooling performance. (No inefficient V-Shape fins used)

In-Tank Coolers: Multi-plate coolers with internal agitators for maximum transmission and engine oil thermal management.

Fully Assembled: Rubber/Teflon mounting grommets are included and installed on some applications (See Spec Table Tab). Mechanical drain also installed.

Quality & Validation

Pressure Tested: 100% leak-tested at 150% of operating pressure prior to shipment.

Exact-Fit Design: Direct replacement design for easy installation with no modifications required.
