Auto Parts U.S.A., Inc. welcomes ideas submitted by persons
outside its employ. The Company evaluates such ideas
provided they are disclosed under the proper conditions.
These submission procedures may seem excessive, but we believe
they represent a fair balance and protect your interests and those
of Specialty Auto Parts U.S.A., Inc.
SPECIALTY
AUTO PARTS' IDEA CONSIDERATION PROCESS To
avoid misunderstanding between the Company and those person(s)
submitting an idea, it is necessary to adopt specific policies for
considering ideas. To maintain a consistent evaluation of
ideas, these policies cannot be waived or modified in any way. The
process we use to evaluate the submission of ideas from outside
the Company is divided into three (3) stages:

your idea fit within the Company's strategic focus?
Stage
2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION Does
your idea have an issued or pending patent?

3 - PROCESS TO REVIEW AND RESPOND What
timing constraints and internal logistics are applied to the
Company's review of idea submissions - and how do we advise you of
our interest? |
